Job Description

  • Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient office environment and provide administrative support to program and field teams.
  • Support vendor administration, maintenance and repairs across the office facilities.
  • Support the documentation of goods received and inventory logs, and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary.
  • Distribute internal communications, notices, and memos to staff and provide administrative support to program and field teams.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to organizational initiatives including team and client problem-solving sessions

Qualifications and Skills:

    • A Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
    • At least one (1) year of professional working experience in an admin or similar field/role.
    • Attention to detail, and able to handle multiple tasks.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills

    • This is an internship opportunity, and preference may be given to male candidates who demonstrate strong hands-on skills and are immediately available to support the team on-site.
